Responsibilities:

Mobile Developer  Assist in payroll for more than 50 head counts

Mobile Developer  Preparing LOA and SOW/ACN for staffs and clients

Mobile Developer  Staffs orientation and system monitoring

Mobile Developer  Counselling, recruitment

Mobile Developer  Handling admin paper works (filling and drafting)

Mobile Developer  Business licensing renew and follow up with JTK

Mobile Developer  MBJB license renewal

Mobile Developer  Monitoring staffs time sheet, OT hours report

Mobile Developer  Liaise with landlord, vendors and contractors

Mobile Developer  Coordinate with IT vendors for office laptop, emails or IT related

Mobile Developer  Manage and purchase toiletries, water package and refreshments etc

Mobile Developer  Monitoring supplier for office fitting, photocopier, office cleaning, equipment’s etc


Qualifications:

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Diploma/Degree holder in Account/Business Studies or equivalent.
Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  1-2 years HR and Admin experience
Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Good in Mandarin and English (both in speaking and writing).
Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Integrity, conscientious, responsible and discipline.
Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Team player, motivated, independent and communicative.
Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Good computer skills – Microsoft Office, Emails, e-portal etc.
